In this economic crisis, one always wonders if one is in the right job. Well, being eco-friendly can be very benefitting even monetarily do. Forbes recently came up with a list of environmental jobs with salaries easily over $100,000.

The top 10 job include:

1. Chief Sustainability Officer: This person keeps the company in check vis-a-vis the environment. All government regualtions are taken into accord.

2. Environmental Engineer: This guy (or gal) enusres minimal impact of construction over the environment.

3. Environmental Lawyer: Such laywers are in great demand amongst environmental groups and activists.

4. Climatologist: Weather is studies by this person. A good job because don’t we all want to know the impact of global warming on us!

5. Renewable Energy Manager: An important role that requires you to manage eco-projects that use solar, wind and biofuel energies.

6. Environmental Scientist: Now is the time for you environmental degree to pay off. Go chase a grog and get paid for it too.

7. Senior Urban Planner: Cities are eager to reduce their carbon footprint.

8. Commercial Designer: Creating low-cost eco-friendly products is the main part of the job profile.

9. Conservation Scientist: The job is to analyse natural resources and making sure that they are not depleted.

10. Senior Hydrologist: A simple water expert who takes care of wastewater treatment, watersheds and sewers.
